The Brand History
The Insala brand organically developed beginning in 2000 when the Company was formed by merging two young businesses, a human resources consulting firm and a web design and development company, with the promise to “Unite People and Technology.”
The new Company flourished and today Insala is recognized internationally within the career industry as a thought leader particularly regarding the integration of web technology in career development and career transition processes.
Insala - a synonym for Innovation, Customer Responsiveness and Focus, Employee Satisfaction, International Reach, Entrepreneurial Accomplishment and Rapid Growth.
The Brand Promise Today
In December 2005, Insala leadership and employees agreed it was time for the next phase of growth. Each individual did their part in preparing to re-launch Insala as a Human Capital Solutions organization.
The culture and history, including nearly every accomplishment and failure, determined the new message and brand promise for the next phase of Insala’s future focus.
