Naturally, I also worked in H.R. for some great companies and interesting people. I am certified in Development Dimensions International's Interaction Management™, Personnel Decisions International's 360° Profiler™, CPP’s Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ and Hogan Assessment Systems. Stephen drives Insala's overall global interactive communication and marketing strategy. He employs his technical user interface expertise and marketing skills to link together internal and external audiences for Insala’s products and messages. He oversees online and offline marketing campaigns, marketing communications, and public relations, and manages website development both internally and externally for Insala’s clients.Chief Technology Officer
Doug W. Maxwell, Chief Technology Officer, leads Insala's strategic technology initiatives and serves as chief architect. Doug is an original founder of Insala responsible for initial design and development of all technical operations. Matt enthusiastically leads the customer services and account management processes that keep Insala running smoothly and servicing customers effectively. Matt is also an Insala founding partner.
Matt has a Master of Arts Degree in Communication from West Texas A&M University. He has been recognized by the American Forensic Association as one of the nation's top speakers and was voted as a three-time consecutive Best Speaker by colleagues in the state of Texas.
With almost 20 years of professional and academic experience, Matt facilitates and shares human capital consulting techniques and communication strategies with career services professionals globally and is a key component in Insala's service delivery process for hundreds of consulting firms.

Beth’s focus is on career research. With over 20 years of experience in the career management, outplacement, and human resources fields, Beth has managed Insala’s global Research and Development team. She successfully built a highly qualified group of global career researchers based in various countries around the world to support Insala’s clients. Additionally Beth has been involved with marketing efforts and functional product development while at Insala.
